- The first rule is quite simple - as practitioners of Martial Arts, we expect you to act in the same way as you would in the gym/dojo ie. to show the same level of respect that everybody deserves. So, that means no swearing, no punches below the belt and obey the referee when instructed.
- Rule number 2 is also straightforward - if you ignore rule number 1 you will be banned from the forum.
